Note

Plaintext is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key phrase is hardened with PBKDF2-SHA-256 and a random salt. The encrypted packet is carried by the generated organic pattern, not by metadata, alpha payload, visible text, QR code, or PNG comments.

This rebuild keeps the organic visual core and fixes the UI/processing path so short text generates first.
